IST has over 25 years of experience and has completed over 100 projects in the Federal marketplace for over 15 different federal agencies with an award value of $370M+. IST has been successfully providing design-build construction, demolition, abatement, earthwork, concrete, steel and metal work, masonry, underground utilities, environmental protection, and site restoration services since 2008.

Turnkey solutions for complex needs
TPT Strategic offers a full spectrum of construction services, including design-build new construction, facility upgrades, building renovation, alteration, or repair of roads, interior and structural demolition, hazardous material abatement, earthwork, concrete, steel and metal work, masonry, utilities, plumbing, roofing, paving, environmental protection, and site restoration.

Construction Management
TPT Strategic specializes in industry standards “Best Practices” when it comes to its personnel. Our Quality Control team is all certified through the Corp. of Engineers QCM Certification and our Safety Officers are all OSHA 30 or 500 trained. Our Project Managers utilize P6 scheduling tools as well as Procore Document Management solutions when executing projects.

Interior and Structural Demolition
TPT Strategic provides turnkey demolition services ranging from selective interior/exterior demolition to the leveling of entire building complexes. These services include concrete cutting, crushing, and separating, as well as steel cutting and equipment dismantling.

Hazardous Material Abatement
TPT Strategic can safely contain and remove hazardous materials, such as asbestos, lead, mercury, and other common hazards found in building materials. We also provide services for mold, water/flood, and fire damage.

Masonry and All Finish Phases of Construction
Whether new construction, renovation, or build-out of an existing structure, TPT Strategic can provide all materials and services related to interior and exterior building construction, including masonry, painting, trim, openings, doors, plumbing, electrical HVAC, fireproofing, security, sidewalks and curbing.

Earthwork
TPT Strategic services related to earthwork include excavation, backfilling, site clearing, grubbing, rough grading/fine grading, removing sidewalks, curbs, and roadways, mass earthmoving, important/exporting materials, and associated environmental controls (erosion, dust, noise, and stormwater).

Underground Utilities and Public Works
TPT Strategic provides services related to public works, including highway, heavy civil street and road construction, park and recreation construction, pathways, roadways, site work, subdivisions, walkways, and utilities.

Concrete, Steel, and Metalwork
